4. Payments & Refunds

All course fees, kits, or service charges must be paid in full prior to accessing content unless otherwise stated in a payment plan.

Refunds:

  • Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final.

  • If you are unsatisfied, please reach out — we’re committed to your learning experience and may offer solutions at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, PDFs, templates, and brand content, are the intellectual property of Sundrops Academy. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our content without written permission. Course access is for personal use only.

6. Certification Disclaimer

Completion of a Sundrops Academy course may provide a certificate of completion. However, it is your responsibility to check with your local, regional, or national health and licensing regulations to determine whether additional licensing or certification is required to operate a spray tan business in your area.

7. Code of Conduct

We foster a supportive, respectful learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in our community spaces (online or in-person) may result in removal without a refund.

We do not guarantee specific results, business outcomes, or income levels. Your success depends on your effort, implementation, local market, and various external factors outside our control.
